Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Collaborate with ASM and TPS Centre Managers to develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining loyalty.
- Meet KPIs and revenue targets within your territory.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new customer accounts.
- Support marketing initiatives and monitor their success.
- Report on sales and marketing activities and performance.
- Use market data to identify sales opportunities.
- Understand and communicate the USP of the TPS brand and product range, especially genuine vs. non-genuine parts.
- Manage your time effectively to maximize customer visits.
Stakeholder Management
- Keep key stakeholders informed through presentations and reports.
- Leverage support from business and investor partners to meet targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to Business Improvement Plans.
Customer Experience
- Maintain strong relationships with all customers.
- Deliver high-quality, knowledgeable, courteous service reflecting the TPS brand\’s reputation.
Prerequisites
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in strategy creation and business development.
- Financial awareness at an operational level.
