As an Aftersales Manager you will be an integral member and leader within the Aftersales Team. As part of a team of approximately 700 colleagues at the Vindis Group, you will contribute to a business that places customer excellence, operational standards and employee development at the heart of its strategy. Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting a small team of technicians to consistently achieve their individual targets, whilst maintaining quality of work.
- Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
- Managing and assisting aftersales advisors with cross‑functional tasks; including customer interactions, front of house responsibilities, and within the parts department.
- Positively impacting and contributing to the performance of the aftersales department, through identifying opportunities to increase profitability and exceed objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. aftersales manager, service manager, front of house manager etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships.
- Demonstrable success in achieving team and departmental targets.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
