About the Role:
As a PartsSupervisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:
- Managingthe stock of the Parts department meticulously, inclusive of accuracy andobsolescence.
- Identifyingopportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of the department.
- Ensuringaccurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
- Overseeingand supervising a small team of Parts Advisors, with respect to workloadand quality controls.
- Being integral inchampioning and maintaininga culture of customer service excellence.
- Delivering upon theaftersales process as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
- Maintainingdocumentation and electronic records in a complete and accurate manner,ensuring attention to detail with all administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliancewith Brand and audit standards.
- Developing effectiveworking relationships with the wider aftersales team to ensure that the‘flow’ of information between departments (service, parts & workshop)is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
- Effectivelyutilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialistin your area.
- Previous experiencein a senior role within a Parts department, ideally in the automotiveindustry.
- Excellent attentionto detail, along with strong organisational skills and the ability toconsistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient in usingData Management Systems.
- Demonstrableexperience of managing and controlling key KPI's.
- Full UK drivinglicence
- Direct experience asa Parts Supervisor, within the automotive industry.
