The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint an Aftersales Manager to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the department in line with Vision, building an accountable and progressive business unit.
- Effectively manage resources to achieve required business objectives.
- Ensure the wider team understands strategic direction and translate it into clear visions and strategies.
- Champion the effective and accurate usage and compliance with all systems and processes.
- Achieve consistent adherence to the Vindis Group’s Aftersales Experience, executing robustly and consistently for positive customer and business outcomes.
- Maintain a clear, robust approach to personal development and performance management, coaching staff and developing specialists.
- Champion and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.
