About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Yourkey responsibilities will include:

  • Being integral inchampioning and maintaininga culture of customer service excellence.
  • Delivering upon the Service Core Process as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
  • Maximising uponevery available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediateteam and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of anyrelevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
  • Demonstratingalignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communicationstrategy, ensuring that customers are kept up to date with the statutes oftheir vehicle.
  • Maintainingelectronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attentionto detail with all administrative tasks.
  • Developing effectiveworking relationships with the workshop to ensure that the ‘flow’ ofinformation from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
  • Being integral incontributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused uponfirst time fixes, and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
  • Effectivelyutilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialistin your area, in order to accurately advise customers on services and/orproducts.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
  • Experience within acustomer facing role, and the desire to consistently achieve individualand team targets
  • Strongorganisational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines, along with good attention to detail
  • Full UK drivinglicence
  • Previous experiencein a Service Advisor role, within the automotive industry
