About the Role:
Asa Brand Ambassador, you will be an integral member of Milton Keynes SEAT/CUPRA.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing andmaintaining a culture of customer excellence; ensuring that theexpectations and requirements of all customers are delivered upon.
- Managing customerfacilities and be able to confidently offer available resources, tailoredto the customer needs.
- Taking an interestin brand awareness and changes affecting the market place and industry.
- Preparing forscheduled customer appointments appropriately, including liaising with therelevant departments.
- Handing the customerover to the appropriate person in a polite, personalised and professionalmanner passing on any relevant information to aid the smooth transitionfrom one to another.
- Taking an activeinterest in the sales and aftersales departments and develop professionalrelationships to ensure up to date and relevant knowledge and processesare referred to with customers and a ‘one business’ approach ismaintained.
- Previous experiencein a customer-facing role
- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
- Full UK drivinglicence
- A genuine interestin the automotive industry and/or the SEAT/CUPRA Brand
