Key responsibilities:

• Upload used vehicles, including part exchanges, group purchases, car scheme vehicles and demonstrators so they can be advertised to our customers
• Maintain accurate vehicle upload records and supporting spreadsheets
• Action vehicle price changes
• Respond to and resolve vehicle upload queries from sites
• Carry out regular stock checks to ensure accuracy
• Manage incoming and outgoing dealer transfer requests across Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda and SEAT
• Liaise and negotiate with network dealers to source required vehicles
• Order new car stock with the factory
• Run daily reports to ensure internal systems are kept up to date for stock available to sell to our customers and to support with vehicle logistics
• Assist with the smooth running of our internal car scheme, helping with sourcing vehicles, quoting, and arranging delivery for our employees
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build effective working relationships with the dealerships, and external dealer network
• A proactive approach to chasing outstanding actions and resolving issues
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider team
