About the Role

As an Audi Service Technician, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest manufacturer and industry standards. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical workmanship while safeguarding customer vehicles and maintaining an organised and compliant workshop environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensuring that all customer vehicles are handled with the upmost care, and returned in a clean and professional condition.
  • Working effectively with the Service team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering strictly to all Company, manufacturer and industry safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete electronic service records.
  • Contributing positively to workshop efficiency and team performance.
  • Maintaining exemplary standards of housekeeping within your working area.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Technician Qualification (IMI or equivalent)
  • Experience within a motor vehicle workshop environment
  • Highly motivated to consistently achieve individual and team targets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience working within a main dealer workshop / for a VAG Brand
  • MOT Qualification
