Great opportunity on offer for an HR Coordinator to join a busy construction manufacturing business in a small, supportive HR team. Working alongside the Director and another HR Coordinator you will support the day-to-day HR needs in a manufacturing environment where health and safety is the top priority. This is a solely office based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance on performance, sickness absence, disciplinary and capability matters
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries, deliver training and awareness sessions
  • Assist with onboarding and leaver processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases
  • Flag and report when something isn’t following an HR procedure or process
  • Busy construction manufacturing environment

About you:

  • Must be CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Previous HR experience is essential
  • Highly organised and detail focused
  • Motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable flagging non-compliance with HR procedures in a respectful and professional manner
  • Understands the importance of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
  • Must live in commutable distance to Wolverhampton and happy to work in office 5 days per week
