Great opportunity on offer for a part time HR Coordinator to join a busy construction manufacturing business in a small, supportive HR team. Working alongside the Director and another HR Coordinator you will support the day-to-day HR needs in a manufacturing environment where health and safety is the top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance on performance, sickness absence, disciplinary and capability matters
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries, deliver training and awareness sessions
- Assist with onboarding and leaver processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases
- Flag and report when something isn’t following an HR procedure or process
About you:
- Must be CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- Previous HR experience is essential
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable flagging non-compliance with HR procedures in a respectful and professional manner
- Understands the importance of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
- Must live in commutable distance to Stroud and happy to work in office
This role would be ideal for someone with previous HR experience from a busy environment, managing many different HR matters. It is a part time role, 20 hours per week.
