Great opportunity on offer for a Senior HR Advisor to join a busy construction manufacturing business in a small, supportive HR team. Working alongside the HR Director, you will support the day-to-day HR needs in a manufacturing environment where health and safety is the top priority. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting approximately 120 employees. The role will involve both day-to-day HR administration and more complex employee relations work, including sickness absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability and probation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance on performance, sickness absence, disciplinary and capability matters
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries, deliver training and awareness sessions
  • Confident advising managers on HR process and risk
  • Assist with onboarding and leaver processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases
  • Flag and report when something isn’t following an HR procedure or process
  • Busy construction manufacturing environment

About you:

  • Must be CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Good understanding of UK Employment Law
  • Previous HR experience is essential
  • Highly organised and detail focused
  • Motivated and able to work independently
