Rare and exciting role on offer for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join one of the UK’s leading offsite construction companies who work on a range of interesting modular construction projects, within a close knit team.
On offer is a great opportunity to progress your career and hone your skills, working with a highly skilled team on exciting, technically varied projects, where you will have the chance to become a specialist in the industry. This company are a leading off-site construction company who have established a great reputation in the UK and consistently create high quality modular buildings. They predominantly work within healthcare and education as well as more sectors. They have a large order book on their hands, so due to this expansion they are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Pre-Construction Project Manager to join the team.
In this role, reporting to the Pre-Construction and Technical Directors, your main task will be to lead multiple projects from bid stage through to the construction phase. You will work closely with and manage the design, commercial and delivery teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at an intermediate or senior level role with strong Pre-Construction experience. You will have proven experience managing projects and processes from tender right through to completion, either from a modular build or traditional construction background. This role would be ideal for someone who has a Project or Design Management background, who has dealt with pre-construction.
