Are you a recent Graduate or Trainee with a passion for construction design? This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading construction company. You will receive full training and support as you develop key technical skills within a busy and rewarding construction manufacturing environment.
This company is an award-winning, niche construction company that specialises in light steel frame solutions. They design, manufacture and install, predominantly working on student accommodation and later living projects, which has led to strong growth of the business.
Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Trainee or Graduate Design Technician to join their family-run business and have the opportunity to progress through the ranks. In this role, you will be learning to produce drawings, material schedules and manage drawing workflows, with full training and a great support network around you. You’ll work collaboratively with the team, maintaining open communication. Once you are fully trained, you will have the opportunity to progress throughout the business.
The ideal candidate does not need to have previous experience in Revit, but some exposure to AutoCAD would be ideal. You will have strong attention to detail and be a great communicator. You will be an ambitious individual who is looking to progress and is eager to grow with the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who has a passion for construction, is a team player and enjoys working both independently and with the team.
