We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead design and technical operations for our Whitehaven office. As Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations—guiding multi-disciplinary teams, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring our projects are delivered with precision, quality and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Champion engineering and design excellence across every stage of project delivery.

Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in nuclear or regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading diverse engineering teams, including site-based or seconded staff.
- Strong understanding and implementation of relevant design codes, standards and procedures.
- Ability to achieve and maintain a level of security clearance for this role.
