The role covers pre-construction, tender and live delivery, coordinating architects, consultants and subcontractors to deliver buildable, compliant designs on schedule.
You will drive design programmes, chair workshops and ensure coordination with operational teams while maintaining BIM and project documentation for £2m–£10m schemes.
