Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

Purpose of the job

To provide leadership, direction, and strategy at a competent level on one or more multi-disciplinary teams delivering projects that meet customer requirements and Nuvia\’s performance and profit margins. Manage project start-up and delivery to meet time, cost, quality, safety requirements, and manage risk.

Key Accountabilities

  • Delivery accountability: responsible for all aspects of project delivery including definition, design, procurement, manufacture, construction, and commissioning. Accountable for project financial performance and successful delivery in accordance with the PMP. Manage project scope and deviations.
  • Launching the project: organize and hold the Inaugural Contract Review, set up project team, define roles, and establish communication with stakeholders. Support customer dealings and establish security requirements.
  • Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan, procurement strategy, and safety plan.
  • Ensure robust design development, establish document schedules, resource requirements, and secure SQEP resources.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractors, and cost control, including setting budgets, schedules, and control methodologies.
  • Regularly report progress to the customer and internal stakeholders, track resource usage, and mitigate deviations.
