As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale automation and electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for project initiation, planning,execution,monitoring,andclosure,ensuringallobjectivesaremetontimeandwithinbudget.Thisisanopportunitytodrivethedeliveryofcutting-edgesolutionsacrossadiverseclientbaseandmakealastingimpactinagrowingcompany. Inaddition,asamemberoftheBusinessUnit'sSeniorLeadershipTeam,youwillplayakeyroleinshapinganddeliveringthelong-termbusinessstrategy.Workingcloselywithfellowleaders,youwillcontributetostrategicdecision-making,identifyopportunitiesforgrowth,operationalimprovementandinnovation,andhelpsteertheBusinessUnittowardsthesuccessfulachievementofitslong-termobjectives.Main Responsibilities-SeniorProjectManager
- Lead,organise,andmotivateteamstodeliverautomationandcontrolprojectstoclientspecificationsanddeadlines.
- Developdetailedprojectplans,allocateresources,andmanageprojectscopes,budgets,andschedules.
- Proactivelyidentifyandmanageprojectrisks,issues,dependencies,andchangestoensuresuccessfulprojectoutcomes.
- Actastheprimarypointofcontactforclientsandinternal/externalstakeholders,ensuringtransparentcommunicationthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
- Prepareandpresentregularprojectprogressreports,facilitatingprojectmeetingswithmultidisciplinaryteams.
- Driveprojectqualitythroughcompliancewithcompanystandards,industryregulations,andclientrequirements.
- Supportthedevelopmentofjuniorteammembers,promotingknowledgesharingandbestpracticeinprojectmanagement.
- ContributeasamemberoftheSeniorLeadershipTeam,supportingthedevelopmentandexecutionoftheBusinessUnit'slong-termbusinessplan,drivingstrategicinitiativesandhelpingtoachievesustainablegrowthandoperationalexcellence.
