Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, monitoring and reporting of engineering and construction projects.
  • Working with engineers, designers, contractors and clients.
  • Managing risks, actions and project information.
  • Understanding quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Building communication, organisation and leadership capability.

Your learning will be aligned to the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship standard and delivered alongside your role at ILIOS. Subject to performance and business need, there will be the opportunity to progress to the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Project Management, supporting longer-term professional development within ILIOS.

What we're looking for

  • You do not need prior project management experience.
  • An interest in construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Entry Requirements

  • GCSEs: Grade 5-9 (A to C) in Maths, English, and Science.
  • A-Levels: Minimum 3 A-Levels (A to C), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Must be eligible for security and medical clearance.
