- Measure, cut, bend, punch and assemble busbars for low- and medium-voltage switchgear.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions to produce accurate, high-quality assemblies.
- Operate fabrication machinery (cutters, punches, benders) and hand tools, ensuring safe and efficient working practices.
- Form busbars to precise dimensions, tolerances and technical specifications.
- Install insulation, fixings and supports to meet all electrical and mechanical safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, panel builders and quality teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support quality checks, compliance activities and assist with inspection, testing and commissioning where required.
