About the role: You'll be responsible for managing the project's documentation throughout its lifecycle—ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and accessible. From drawings and specifications to project records and meeting actions, you'll become the go-to person who keeps our teams aligned and informed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain document control in line with internal processes and client requirements
- Support project teams to track deliverables and stay on schedule
- Manage documentation from early design through to handover
- Ensure consistent use of document control procedures and systems
- Attend project meetings and support decision-making with accurate information
- Oversee business archiving and ensure easy retrieval of project documents
- Drive continuous improvements to document control processes
As part of a specialist alliance delivering advanced ground-engineering works—including piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing and grouting—you'll be at the heart of a high-performing technical environment. Working with industry experts, you'll support the smooth flow of critical information that keeps this complex project moving.
