You will manage resource plans, staffing levels and timesheet approvals while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
You will lead workforce planning, monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in resource utilisation, reporting to the Head of Commissioning.
