The Recruitment Assistant will provide operational and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes across Actemium Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruitment Business Partner with end-to-end recruitment activity
  • Coordinate job advertising, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination

Person Specification

Essential
