Purpose of Role
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Undertake HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems.
- Rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
- Complete mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc.
- Carry out minor installation work.
- Engage with stakeholders providing fault diagnostics where necessary.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Proven building maintenance experience.
- Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
- F-GAS 2079 CAT1.
- Ability to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders, and in MEWPs.
- Ability to work with and control the CAFM system via iPad.
