As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and services, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance while upholding health and safety standards.
The Facilities Technician is responsible for managing assigned tasks professionally and safely, ensuring compliance with agreed processes and maintenance regimes. Reporting to the Facilities Manager or their Assistant, you will coordinate internal functions with those of customers and suppliers to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities Manager in delivering operational plans and resource requirements.
- Manage suppliers to ensure best value and service delivery.
- Utilize CAFM systems effectively for operational and commercial purposes.
- Ensure compliance with VINCI Facilities procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Identify risks early and contribute to risk management and contingency planning.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and standard IT tools.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Previous experience in facilities management or technical maintenance is advantageous.
