Purpose of Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Administrator to join our team at VINCI, based at Sandhurst. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of facilities operations across the site.
Job Description
You will act as the first point of contact for facilities queries, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, liaise with contractors, and support compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements. This position would come with a training and development programme to help improve your skills and potential to progress within the contract elsewhere.
Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day facilities coordination and administrative support.
• Act as a central contact point for staff, contractors, and suppliers.
• Log and track reactive and planned maintenance requests.
• Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and reporting.
• Support the Facilities Manager with projects and operational requirements.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across the site.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
• Previous experience in a facilities, administration, or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office, CAFM systems advantageous).
• Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years (Security Clearance)
