Purpose of Role

Vinci Defence is seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Analyst to support a major project rollout across our FDIS South East contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact programme focused on digital transformation and data‑driven delivery.

Job Description

The Digital Analyst collaborates with operational colleagues to ensure projects are delivery‑ready through the development and maintenance of digital business tools.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of assets and planned maintenance activities in Maximo.
  • Data cleansing and quality improvement.
  • Dashboard creation and reporting using Power BI.
  • Code for bulk uploads into Maximo.
  • Support mobilisation of CAFM systems and mobile/field solutions.
  • Develop content for mobile forms (V‑Forms) and SharePoint.
  • Create reports and analysis to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Act as a peer and partner to operational teams to improve digital delivery.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience working with Maximo or similar CAFM systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, ideally with Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and digital form development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
  • A background in facilities, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
  • Coding experience for bulk data uploads is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI or machine learning is a bonus.
  • You will need to undergo BPSS and SC Clearance.
