Overview
Analyste fonctionnel SI Logistique – V.I.E Royaume-Uni F/H chez VINCI Construction.
Contexte: mission de 18 mois en V.I.E, basé au Royaume-Uni à HORSHAM, avec une formation de 6 mois à Nanterre-Préfecture. Rattaché à l’équipe DSI au UK sous la direction de Matthew CREASEY.
Objectif: répondre à un enjeu essentiel pour le groupe sur la bonne gestion des processus logistiques (achats et ventes) et proposer des solutions autour des flux de gestion des ventes, des approvisionnements, de la production, des équipements et de la maintenance. Travaillera sur la maintenance, l’évolution, l’amélioration et la mise en place des solutions dans un contexte international.
Vos missions
- Participer à l’analyse des besoins métiers des utilisateurs et mettre en œuvre les solutions adéquates afin d’enrichir et d’améliorer nos processus et systèmes comptables.
- Prendre en charge les activités de support, maintenance, documentation, formation de notre solution aux utilisateurs financiers en France et à l’international.
- Mettre à disposition des solutions suite au besoin métier (conception, réalisation, tests, conduite du changement, formation, coordination…) en intégration avec les domaines (logistiques, ressources humaines, équipements).
- Travailler en transversal dans les équipes DSI et avec le métier.
Qualifications et exigences
- En dernière année de formation Bac+5 dans une école d’Ingénieurs, Commerce, Université ou informatique.
- Première expérience en tant qu’analyste fonctionnel(le) Finance (FI) sur SAP S/4 HANA.
- Capacité à comprendre et synthétiser le besoin métier, adapter le langage en fonction de l’interlocuteur, interagir avec la maîtrise d’ouvrage et les directions métiers.
- Excellentes compétences en expression orale et écrite (français et anglais); capacité à travailler avec des utilisateurs métiers et les équipes DSI.
- Bon niveau en anglais (minimum B2).
- Titulaire du permis B et disponibilité à voyager occasionnellement.
