We are seeking an Environmental Reporting & Systems Manager to support the UK division through data management, systems development, and cross-business coordination. Working across our six delegations: Taylor Woodrow, VINCI Building, Ringway, Eurovia and VINCI Facilities, the Environmental Reporting & Systems Manager will play a key role in enabling delivery of the environmental strategy set by others, ensuring robust data, effective systems, and consistent reporting across the business.
Duties:
- Lead development and management of environmental data systems and dashboards (e.g. carbon, compliance, disclosures).
- Work closely with the Environmental Leads for each delegation to collect data and enhance reporting.
- Improve environmental data quality, insight, and reporting for internal and external requirements.
- Develop and optimise environmental reporting tools and platforms.
- Provide accurate performance reports and analysis to a high level of accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement and decentralisation of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 aligned).
- Work closely with the Carbon Advisor to maintain PAS 2080 certification and carbon data (Scope 1, 2, 3).
- Coordinate environmental activity across all of the VINCI delegations for VINCI Environment Day(s) and messaging from our parent company in France.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency in approach where it exists.
- Manage a team of two: Environmental Analyst and Carbon Advisor.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in reporting and providing environmental data, preferably within a construction environment.
- Demonstrable technical capability in environmental data, reporting, and systems.
- Experience developing, implementing and improving data platforms.
- Understanding of carbon reporting and relevant standards (ISO 14001, PAS 2080).
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate.
