Rejoindre les équipes de VINCI Construction SI, c\'est participer à la transformation digitale du Groupe au service des utilisateurs.
Nos missions sont de moderniser nos outils de gestion, nos applications métiers, améliorer la cybersécurité et nos infrastructures IT. Nous travaillons sur l\'adoption de nos outils par les utilisateurs et souhaitons construire le futur numérique (IA, BIM, IOT...).

QUI SOMMES‑NOUS ?
Intégré(e) à l\'équipe DSI au UK sous la direction de Matthew CREASEY, vous partirez pour une mission de 18 mois en V.I.E. Vous serez basé(e) au Royaume‑Uni à HORSHAM, après une formation de 6 mois au sein de VINCI Construction SI à Nanterre‑Préfecture.
VOS MISSIONS ET VOS CHALLENGES CHEZ VINCI CONSTRUCTION SI :
Vous répondrez à un enjeu essentiel pour le groupe sur la bonne gestion des chantiers, en proposant des solutions IT sur les sujets liés au \"Controlling\" : contrôle de gestion des chantiers et de l\'entreprise, processus budgétaire, intégration / suivi des recettes et dépenses, calcul de la rentabilité, clôture mensuelle, etc.
Vos principales missions sont :
- Participer à l\'analyse des besoins des utilisateurs et mettre en œuvre les solutions techniques adéquates afin d\'enrichir nos processus
- Gérer les interactions avec les autres domaines Logistique, Finance, RH et les applications opérationnelles
- Prendre en charge les activités de support, de maintenance et de formation liées à notre solution auprès des utilisateurs au Royaume‑Uni, ainsi qu\'à l\'international sur des sujets transverses, afin de faciliter son adoption
- Appréhender la maîtrise d\'un ERP de type SAP, évaluer l\'apprentissage des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet et se confronter à l\'animation des ateliers avec nos clients internes
- Participer activement à l\'amélioration de nos processus métier et internes

Profil
En dernière année de formation Bac+5 dans une école d\'Ingénieurs, Commerce, Université ou informatique, vous avez :
- Une capacité à comprendre et synthétiser une problématique, adapter votre langage en fonction de l\'interlocuteur, et interagir avec nos clients internes
- Une expérience acquise lors d\'un stage/projet personnel/projet scolaire sur un sujet IT/Digital / en tant qu\'analyste fonctionnel(le) Controlling (CO) sur SAP S/4 HANA est également un plus
- Des facultés d\'expression orale et écrite (français et anglais) : votre écoute vous permettra de travailler en collaboration avec des utilisateurs finaux, le management du groupe VINCI Construction et les autres équipes de la DSI (infrastructures, réseaux, support...)
- Un Anglais courant indispensable
- Qualités personnelles : Forte capacité à travailler en équipe, sens du service, curiosité, rigueur, esprit d\'analyse et de synthèse, bon relationnel, sens de l\'organisation et une culture de résultat
- Une formation axée sur le Contrôle de gestion et/ou BTP et/ou Systèmes d\'Information est un plus
- Une 1ère expérience en tant qu\'analyste fonctionnel(le) Controlling (CO) sur SAP S/4 HANA est également un plus
- Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez amené à faire des déplacements ponctuels
