- Be a European citizen aged between 18 and 28 on the date of registration, regardless of training level.

VINCI Construction UK is undergoing significant reorganization and digital transformation. We are seeking an HR Project Officer VIE (F/M) to support the deployment of new HR rules.
Based in Watford, you will assist the HR Digital Manager with HRIS projects, focusing on systems like Oracle HCM Cloud and SAP. Your responsibilities include:
- HRIS Projects & System Implementation: Support data migration, system upgrades, testing, and liaising with the European parent company.
- System Maintenance & Data Management: Maintain data integrity, update systems, and ensure smooth interfaces.
- Support, Documentation & Training: Handle support requests, develop documentation, and deliver training.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Create reports, analyze data, and support ad hoc requests.
Qualifications and skills needed:
- Master’s in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Understanding of HR processes and HRIS tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Problem-solving, organization, and customer service mindset.
