VINCI Construction UK is currently undergoing significant reorganization and a digital transformation. We are looking for a HR Project Officer VIE (F/M) to play a key role in implementing new rules. Interested? Keep reading!
What to expect as an HR Project Officer @VINCI Construction UK?
Based in Watford, you will support the HR Digital Manager on HRIS projects and contribute to the smooth operation and improvement of our HR systems, mainly Oracle HCM Cloud and SAP.
Your key responsibilities include:
- HRIS Projects & System Implementation: Support migration of employee data, assist with system updates, liaise with European headquarters.
- System Maintenance & Data Management: Maintain data integrity, update systems, ensure smooth interfaces.
- Support, Documentation & Training: Manage support requests, provide user support, develop documentation, deliver training.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Create reports, perform data analysis, support ad hoc reporting needs.
