VINCI Building is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a 57-acre regeneration in Nine Elms, London.
You will own commercial delivery from feasibility to completion, with a strong focus on NEC contracts and cost control to safeguard budget and value.
As part of the London & South regional team you will drive procurement, sub-contract management, valuations and final accounts while applying best practice, risk management and robust reporting to the client.
