VINCI Building is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Midlands Region from our Solihull office, with hybrid working from home and site/client meetings across the Midlands. You will lead cost estimation for large-scale, complex schemes including a transformative £1 billion hospital project, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and competitive pricing.

You will mentor estimating assistants, manage tender documentation, and present tenders to clients while staying informed on market risks.
