VINCI Building is currently looking to recruit a Planner to support our team delivering a significant revamp project of Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. As Planner on this project, you will be collaborating closely with our existing Planning Team, Project Team and Supply Chain Partners developing good quality logical programmes and associated work for the project on site. You will be instrumental in planning resources for this live environment project in collaboration with the other members of the project and supply chain – as well as project resource requirements for future workloads. You have previous experience working for a large UK main contractor, significant expertise with P6 and a track record of identifying complex project issues early to reduce the impact on working programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project programmes and schedules using P6 software
- Identify and mitigate project risks, recommending contingency plans as needed
- Collaborate with the design and estimating teams to ensure buildability and optimized construction sequences
- Identify and produce programmes to demonstrate EOT requirements under the NEC contract
Qualifications
You have previous experience working for a large UK main contractor and significant expertise with P6. You should have a track record of identifying complex project issues early to reduce the impact on working programmes.
