Framework Manager Location: The Framework Manager will work with our Framework Lead and regional teams to secure new building projects for our Integrated Health Projects (IHP) JV on the Procure 23 and NHS 4 Wales Frameworks. With over £2bn of capital works projects successfully secured through the P23 framework, this is a vital role ensuring the ongoing success of our joint venture and continuing our valued relationship with the NHS and P23 Framework in delivering important capital works for the NHS to improve the life of patients and staff. Covering the southern region of the UK, you’ll operate from one of our existing offices in Cardiff, Watford or Reigate , visiting other regional offices, as well as attending meetings with our project stakeholders as required. The successful applicant will have active involvement and participation in the ongoing management of the Procure 23 Framework and any future healthcare frameworks such as the New Hospital Programme. You’ll have a proven background in the healthcare sector and construction industry as well as been involved in managing and delivering tenders of mid to large projects. Provide bid leadership and management support to the call-off tendering process when required including the pricing submission and commercial quality responses. Ensuring the creation and updating of profiles including all contacts and background intelligence Assist with the management of the supply chain on the framework. Write content for EOI’s and interview presentations. Lead key projects pre construction activities including Stakeholder engagement workshops. Manage project key drivers and key stage Client surveys against these drivers. Participate in the refinement, improvement, development and implementation of the business plan. Attend and contribute at regular Steering Group meeting and Management Meetings. Assist other business units within VINCI to gain work from the Framework. Manage the collection and storage of project data including PPE’s, photos and Client quotes. The candidate will be expected to travel and at times stay away from home when required. You will have demonstrable experience working at a senior level in the building sector in the UK Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with VINCI\\IHP colleagues, clients and external consultants whilst building relationships internally and externally. You will understand both private and public sector project procurement processes and be comfortable working in a time critical, fast-moving environment.
