The Role
To provide effective support to the Project Manager, ensuring adherence to company and legislative procedures and maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external). You will develop your skills towards managing parts of projects with limited complexity, focusing on safety, quality, and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include completing core services related to Freyssinet's offerings.
Accountabilities
- Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and deliver project tasks and outcomes according to schedule.
- Review plans and drawings under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Complete routine engineering tasks including take-offs post-project handover to facilitate material and equipment ordering based on project specifications and engineering details.
- Draft and revise documents such as RAMS, ITPs, NCRs, Work Pack Plans, and Material Approval Requests under supervision.
- Assist in setting out work and planning daily activities in collaboration with site teams.
- Maintain comprehensive site records, including diaries, photo logs, schedules, and quality documents.
- Analyze and track changes to update the contract programme weekly.
- Identify issues or changes in scope and escalate as necessary.
- Support the preparation of project QSE documents and project close-out reports.
- Conduct weekly site safety inspections and promote safety culture.
- Coordinate site inductions and medicals with clients as appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience
A degree in civil engineering or a relevant construction discipline. Practical onsite operations experience from industrial placements, preferably in structural repairs and strengthening.

Based at our Head Office in Telford, with flexibility to work on various civil engineering projects across Central England.
