VINCI Building requires a skilled Carpenter/multi‑skilled tradesperson to join our Aftercare Team responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing on mid to large building projects, ranging from hospitals to student accommodation and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training will be provided.
- Knowledge of passive fire stopping/fire doors is an advantage.
- A current driving licence is required.
- Must have own transport.
- High level of finishing and problem‑solving ability.
- Reasonable level of fitness, capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
Common Working Conditions:
- Work on‑site in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including during inclement weather.
- Full‑time hours, typically 40+ overtime hours a week.
- Occasional weekends or evenings depending on project deadlines.
- After the 3‑month probationary period a van will be provided.
