We’re offering a genuinely different opportunity for an experienced VDA to join a growing, well-equipped site where your skills are valued and your workload is straightforward.
This role is ideal for an appraiser who wants to focus purely on assessing vehicles—without the usual pressures of insurance companies or customer-facing responsibilities.
Why this role stands out:
- No insurance work – all jobs are in-house
- No customer interaction – focus on what you do best
- Modern, clean facilities with a supportive team environment
- Work alongside a team of experienced appraisal staff
- Ongoing growth means real stability and future opportunities
- All vehicles under 7 years old with light damage only – no heavy or complex repairs
The Role:
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
- Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates
- Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and correct repair processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser
- Strong understanding of modern repair methods
- Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems
- Team player with good communication skills
If you’re an experienced VDA looking for a cleaner, more focused role without the usual industry pressures, this is a great opportunity to step into a more streamlined and enjoyable working environment.
