What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Registering and managing applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Maintaining close contact with all parties throughout the sales process
- Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
- Generating leads for valuations and mortgage referrals
- Representing the agency in a professional manner
