A Property Management Assistant is required to join a professional property team in Greenwich, supporting both the lettings and property management functions while providing an efficient and responsive service to landlords, tenants and applicants.

Job Title: Property Management Assistant

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

The role will involve assisting with the lettings process from arranging viewings and qualifying applicants through to progressing tenancies, alongside providing administrative support to the property management team.

You will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Management Assistant:

  • Handling lettings enquiries, arranging property viewings and qualifying prospective tenants
  • Liaising with landlords, applicants and tenants throughout the lettings process
  • Progressing applications, referencing, tenancy paperwork and move-in administration
  • Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day administrative duties and tenancy matters
  • Coordinating maintenance requests, contractor appointments and communications where required
  • Maintaining accurate property records, updating systems and ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are kept up to date

  • Previous experience within residential lettings, property management or estate agency
  • Good understanding of the residential lettings process from instruction through to tenancy
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Good knowledge of property management and lettings procedures
  • Professional, approachable and confident telephone manner
  • Good IT skills and experience using property management or CRM systems
