Vincere seeks an Employment Solicitor (5–10 PQE) in Kendal, with hybrid working. You will manage respondent employment matters, advise on a wide range of HR issues, and mentor junior colleagues within a collaborative Employment and HR team.
You will handle tribunal litigation end‑to‑end, draft contracts and policies, and contribute to business development while supporting client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice.
