About the Role...
We’re looking for an experienced Transport Operator to support day-to-day transport operations and manage up to 30 trucks, ensuring deliveries run safely, compliantly, and on time.
Brief drivers and monitor live jobs/ETAs Coordinate daily vehicle movements (up to 30 trucks) Maintain accurate TMS/WMS/POD updates Liaise with customers, depots, and internal teams Prepare and manage transport paperwork/records Support driver debriefs and fleet admin Manage delays/issues and keep customers informed Support compliance and best practice (hours, checks,
docs)

- Transport/logistics experience
- Strong organisation & time management
- Works well under pressure & to deadlines
- Great communication & people skills
- Confident with TMS/WMS & transport IT systems
- Proactive, strong problem-solver
- Transport Manager qualification (or working towards)
