Depot Manager Location: Felixstowe

As Depot Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a busy operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and customer satisfaction remains second to none .
About the Role…
- Oversee day-to-day depot operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Lead sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets, building strong customer relationships.
- Manage and motivate a team—including recruitment, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Oversee fleet management, including maintenance and workshop operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
The package: Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm (1-hour lunch) Every third Saturday: 8am–12pm Competitive salary & benefits (details at interview) Opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle rentals, with a strong background in both sales and operations.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Exceptional customer service—customer satisfaction is at the heart of what you do.
- Excellent communicator—confident liaising at all levels.
- Staff management experience, including training and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations.
