We’re delighted to be recruiting for a highly regarded Michelin-starred restaurant in Cambridge that is looking for an experienced and personable Restaurant Manager to lead its close-knit front-of-house team.
An intimate fine dining restaurant with a team of 6 plus part-time staff, this is a hands-on role where attention to detail, genuine hospitality and creating an outstanding guest experience are at the heart of everything you do.
Offering a 4-day working week with three consecutive days off, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager who wants to work at an incredibly high level while still enjoying a great work-life balance.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Restaurant Manager…
- Up to £55,000 per annum including tronc
- Private health insurance
- Working approximately 38 to 42 hours per week
- 4-day working week
- Set days off – Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- WSET and CMS training fully funded
- Excellent meals whilst on duty
Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver warm, polished and attentive service
- Managing, motivating and developing a small, close-knit team
- Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure seamless communication throughout service
- Helping to maintain the exceptional standards expected within a Michelin-starred restaurant
Ideally, you’ll have a Michelin-starred or fine dining background, although they’re open to candidates with strong restaurant management experience, excellent service standards and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team and creating a personal, memorable experience for every guest.
