Vincera Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial delivery on multiple residential groundworks schemes across the West Midlands. You will oversee a small QS team, manage cost planning, tendering and subcontracting, and report directly to Directors.
Based in the West Midlands and able to travel to live sites, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, driving profitability and collaboration with housebuilders and housing associations.
