We have a reputation built over 100 years in commercial property, development and investment. Our in-house team of 45 specialise in urban regeneration, delivering a personalised design and build service for private clients and the public sector.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Construction team in the Shropshire area. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package and associated benefits for the position.
The Site Manager must have:
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification
- Driving licence
- Ideally have:
- CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course
- First Aid
- Fire Warden
- CDM regulations
- CSCS not essential
You must be able to:
- Communicate fully with the Contract team and lead and support the site team
- Manage sub-contractors to achieve the project requirements
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard
- Ensure all relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation are adhered to
- Project reporting and administration, confidence with Word and Excel
