The company has grown from a one-man enterprise to now employing over 120 direct employees. Much of our work is Midlands based; however work is undertaken nationwide, consisting of the delivery in the following divisions: Commercial, Regeneration (social housing clients), PPM and Rail. Therefore, seeking a mechanical estimator/project manager to develop operational activities as detailed below: Job Description The main responsibilities of the role shall include: Develop client relationships with new and existing clients, obtaining new tender opportunities suiting the business requirements. Prepare accurate tender submissions/quotations alongside existing teams Work well under pressure to meet tender submission deadlines, react to adaptions and produce value engineering solutions where required Further develop operational teams managing supervisors Contract management duties including procurement and control of labour and materials in line with budgets.
