Our client is a very well established Property Maintenance and Facilities Management contractor based in Birmingham who are looking for an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to manage a £650,000 contract doing the Builders clean and mastic work on the new Everton stadium in Liverpool.
Strong supervisory skills, along with IT skills and good construction knowledge is required for this fixed term contract which will run from now until the end of November. Site hours are 8am-6pm and the role is a full-time role for a fixed term period until the end of November.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are all required for this contract, as the main contractor is a Tier 1 business. Ideally previous knowledge of using FieldView and ASight would be a bonus.
