This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and management, procurement, and cost reporting to ensure project budgets are closely monitored and adhered to.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- Experience with BOQ and Cost Planning, CVR, CSA
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Salary & package negotiable upon experience. £60k depending on experience plus car allowance and life insurance.
