To be responsible for the delivery of project(s) assigned to, ensuring that they run in line with PCEs Delivery strategy. Leading and mentoring all members of the project team to ensure that delivery is safe, on time, risk free, and delivered to an exceptional standard. Providing effective and clear communication of the overall objective of the project to all members of the PCE team. Establishing clear lines of communication including good project monitoring and reporting. Liaising and interacting/ communicating with the project stakeholders. Develop good, long-lasting relationship. Managing and guiding the PCE project team inclusive of, establishing and communication of personal goals, objectives and principles for the safe and successful delivery of the project and for the development of the individual. Support, mentor and liaise with all other project managers in the team, where necessary or required. Leading and attending key stage project reviews and weekly project meeting with the PCE team through all phases of the project: - Design - Construction - Commercial Establishing and implementing PCEs overall strategy for the successful delivery of the project with the Project Director.
